Brief
We carried out the installation of electrical & mechanical services for indoor skydiving at London’s O2 arena. We took this project on as an opportunity to showcase our work, with 90% of the services on show — outside our normal scope, but exactly the kind of challenge we look for.
The timeframe was challenging, especially given the winter conditions, but we opened the building on time. Services installed included full mains and sub-mains with a new main intake panel, high-powered 1MW fans driven by inverters and harmonic filters, power and lighting, supply and extract ventilation, chilled water services, drainage, hot and cold water services, and fire alarm.
